Simplified Communication: I will be available for calls and messages during set office hours, allowing me to give your trip planning the focused attention it deserves. However, I am always available for true emergencies during travel!

Dedicated Support: Our team at MEI-Travel remains committed to supporting you, so you’ll have access to expert advice even when I am unavailable. You’re never traveling alone!

Streamlined Processes: I am implementing new tools to make booking easier and more efficient, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. For example, if you find the perfect cruise after hours or on a holiday, you can book it through my self-serve booking engine at www.bookMEIcruise.com. This allows you to lock in your rate and stateroom choice, and I will manage the reservation once booked. And if you’re not already using it, don’t forget to ask me about my app, Tern. It puts all of the information right in your hands at any hour. No more waiting for an update on what your balance is, it’s in the app!

Understanding Your Needs: I aim to communicate in a way that best suits your preferences. While I may sometimes return phone calls via email for efficiency, I understand that this might not be your preferred method. Please let me know how you’d like to communicate, and I’ll be happy to adjust to meet your needs. I believe communication is a two-way street, and I’m here to ensure we’re always aligned.

Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm and Friday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday are available by pre-scheduled appointment only. It’s helpful to schedule a call in advance so I can dedicate the proper time and attention to you (which you can do here: https://schedule.nylas.com/foxdoestravel). That said, I understand that sometimes calls are urgent, and I will do my best to respond to or return them within 24 hours.
